The Story Behind the Design

"Over the Arirang Pass, where the flowers never fade."

Inspired by the "unofficial national anthem" of Korea, our design is a tribute to the deep roots and global journey of Bangtan.

The Arirang Mountains: The stylized purple and gold peaks represent the "Arirang Gogae" (mountain passes) mentioned in the traditional folk song—a symbol of the hardships overcome and the heights reached on this global journey.

The Eternal Blossom: Woven into the landscape is the Mugunghwa (Hibiscus syriacus), South Korea’s national flower. It symbolizes resilience and a beauty that "blooms and blooms again," mirroring the eternal bond between OT7 and ARMY.

The Cultural Seal: At the heart of the design sits the Bangtan logo, anchored by the Taegeuk and traditional Korean patterns (Dancheong), marking their role as proud cultural ambassadors to the world

The back lists the North American concert dates, and the piece closes with the phrase:

“At last. We meet again.”

Designed as a tour keepsake T-shirt for ARMY attending the concerts or celebrating the return.

We chose the Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed tee to give this design the "vintage soul" it deserves.
