📦 How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Everything is packed with care, so we truly appreciate your patience — especially during busy seasons.

🚚 How long does shipping take once it’s sent?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–14 business days after shipping.
Delivery times depend on your location and USPS service. Delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or peak periods.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping may become available in the future — be sure to follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

🖨️ Why did I receive part of my order separately?

Some products — such as apparel, mugs, or made-to-order items — are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners and may ship separately from other items in your order.
You’ll receive separate tracking emails when applicable.

🏠 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

📬 My order says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it — what should I do?

This can happen with USPS. Here are some steps to try:

  1. Check around your home (mailbox, porch, garage, side door, etc.)
  2. Ask household members or neighbors
  3. Contact your local USPS office with the tracking number — they may have GPS data from the delivery scan

If you’re still unable to locate the package, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

📭 What if my package is lost?

If it has been 30 days since your order shipped and it hasn’t arrived, please get in touch.
While we can’t control carrier delays, we’ll always do our best to help find a solution.

💸 Can I apply a discount code after placing an order?

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
If you're experiencing issues with a discount code, please reach out before completing your order.

🧾 Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

We’re currently unable to combine separate orders. Each order is processed individually to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.

Are these official merchandise products?

No — Sarang Kreations designs are fan-made and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any individual, company, entertainment agency, production studio, or brand. Each piece is created as original art by a fan, for fellow fans.

We are based in the NY/NJ area in the United States.

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made-to-order, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

 

📥 Digital Products

 

Where do I access my digital download?

Digital files are available immediately after checkout, and you’ll also receive a download link by email.
If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, just reach out and we’ll resend it.

Can I get a refund on digital products?

All digital product sales are final.
If there’s any issue with your download, we’re happy to help resolve it.

 

⏳ Preorders

 

Do you offer preorders?

Yes! Occasionally we offer limited preorders for exclusive items. When you place a preorder, you’re reserving a product in advance before it’s produced or shipped.

When will my preorder ship?

Preorder shipping timelines vary and will always be stated clearly on the product page. Most preorder items ship after the preorder window closes, which may be several weeks after your purchase.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship separately.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed, as they are made specifically to order.

Do you accept custom illustration requests?

We are not currently offering fully custom illustrations, but we love hearing your ideas!
From time to time, we offer personalized or limited custom drops — follow us on Instagram or join our newsletter to be the first to know.
