Thank you so much for supporting Sarang Kreations! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order with care.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible! Please note that during peak times such as holidays, product launches, or sales, processing may take a little longer. For preorder items or products with specific processing timelines, please refer to the individual listing for details. Thank you for your patience — every item is lovingly packed by hand!

If there's ever an unexpected delay, we'll notify you by email.

Shipping Times & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times (after shipping):

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 2–14 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons. Once an order is in transit, delivery times are managed by USPS or the corresponding shipping provider.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's dimensions, weight and destination.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We happily ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States.

Combined Orders

At this time, we are not able to combine multiple orders once they've been placed. Each order is processed individually to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for any reshipping fees.

International Orders: Duties & Taxes

Sarang Kreations is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the shipping provider, the delivery process is out of our control. Sarang Kreations is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

That said, if something goes wrong, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll always do our best to support you and help however we can.

Items Shipped by Print Partners

Some items in the shop — such as apparel, mugs, or made-to-order products — are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted print-on-demand partners. These items may:

  • Ship separately from other products in your order
  • Arrive in packaging labeled with the printing partner's info (not Sarang Kreations)
  • Have slightly different delivery times

Rest assured, we carefully select partners that align with our standards of quality and care. If your order includes multiple items, it's completely normal for them to arrive in more than one package.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us and we'll do our best to help investigate the issue.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find the package, try the following steps:

  • Check around your home: mailbox, porch, side door, garage, etc.
  • Ask family members or neighbors
  • Contact your local USPS office or carrier with your tracking number
