All of our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Damaged of Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. You can contact us at shop@sarangkreations.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Please Note:
- We are unable to offer refunds or replacements due to customer errors (e.g. incorrect address, size, color, or design selection).
- Items must be unused and in original condition, including its packaging, to be eligible for any form of compensation.
- Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not qualify for review.
